LUNCHOmelet with brinjal fried in olive oil, cheese, tomato and rocket. SUPPERRoast Pork, salad with feta and olives (I always drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over my salad) black mushrooms fried in garlic butter, served with a dollop of cream cheese. DAY 2 (Sunday)BREAKFASTFull Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. LUNCHRoast Chicken , veggies (baby marrow, asparagus, mange tout – I think it was a Woolies veggie mix) Pumpkin with butter and cinnamon. SUPPERLeft over roast pork and salad with feta, olives, avo etc. DAY 3. BREAKFAST3 rashers bacon, 2 poached eggs and a tomato. LUNCHleft over salad from night before with avo. SUPPERSteak, cauliflower mash, broccoli and cheese, brinjal, pumpkin. DAY 4. BREAKFASTOmelet with spinach, cream cheese, fried tomato and onion. LUNCHFull Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. SUPPERReady cooked BBQ chicken and salad with feta and olives. DAY 5. BREAKFASTFull Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. LUNCHLeft over salad from night before with tuna. SUPPERChicken (with onions, mushrooms and garlic fried in butter and then added cream and chicken), gems squash with butter, cauliflower, cabbage with butter and nutmeg sprinkled over. DAY 6. BREAKFASTFull Cream Bulgarian Yoghurt. LUNCHSlice of crustless quiche (recipe is under recipes on the Fat Goddess blog)SUPPERChicken and salad and some more quiche. DAY 7.
